Taint Pluribus, Taint Unum

I have to admit that I was never much of a Cows or AMRep/Treehouse guy.   I’ve never really been into the noise rock thing.  I did buy this piece of vinyl back in the day though, and was mildly entertained by it.  Bar rock hipsters in MPLS loved these guys, but they played out way to often for this scrawny kid that thought they just weren’t punk enough.   It’s their first record and worth a listen if you had passing interest in them.  It’s also WAY out of print.

Cunning Stunts

Honestly, the cows always struck me as a bit to artsy.  I saw them a couple of time, and I own the first album, but it didn’t do much for me…couple of good songs…just not my cup of tea.  Maybe someone else has a better story to write about them.

Stolen from the Digital Meltd0wn blog.
